We offer Free Shipping on all orders within contiguous Australia.*

The usual time for order delivery is divided as follows:

  • Processing time: All orders are usually sent to Australia Post and DHL Express for dispatch within one business day after the order is placed, and payment is received.
  • Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Australia

Standard Post takes 3 to 5 days.

Australia Post Express Parcel takes 1 to 3 days.

New Zealand

DHL Express takes 3 to 12 days.

Canada & UK & USA

DHL Express takes 4 to 15 days.

*Please note: International orders might be charged additional duties and import taxes when arriving at the destination country. We are not responsible for the payment of extra fees.

Changes Request

As most of our orders start being processed within the same day, we may not be able to cancel or correct shipping information once your order has been placed. We ask our customer to double-check your parcel's information details as we can not be held responsible for incorrect information.

Returned parcels due to incorrect information will be charged for the new shipping.

In your email, kindly describe the issue you are experiencing with your item in as much detail as possible.

Our team will promptly review your request and verify your item's warranty eligibility. If the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered!

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects that may arise during the warranty period. If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing the product, as deemed appropriate by our team.

It's important to note that the warranty time limit remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you may receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement product you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.

What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?

While we strive to provide top-notch products, it's essential to understand that our warranty policy does not cover defects caused by poor maintenance or misuse of the product. We kindly ask that you take proper care of your purchased item to ensure its longevity and performance.

If the defect is determined to be a result of poor maintenance or misuse, it will not be eligible for warranty service. However, we will still be available to assist you in finding a solution and providing any necessary repair services at an additional cost.

How about we plant some trees?

For every order that we receive, we plant a tree. In a bid to offset our CO2, we partnered up with Tree-Nation to support their forestry efforts. Every tree that is planted receives a certificate and our customers can see exactly where his or her tree was planted.
